i had stomach flu or food poisoning, the doc say it was either one and i was like dying the whole of yesterdae. im so so sorry chia jones! too pain to go trg lah, i had to struggle to even type this. shit i guess there goes my place in the team, now cher is like gonna chuck me in K1 1000m to die. doubt i can even make it to SEMIs. zZzZ see, i was serious when i said i had tummyache thru trg! then nicholas was like, eh why the hell u so slow. im like whatever lah.

and once again, i gotta say i love my mum. haha she did so much for me when i was ill. heh and of course my dad who -pon- work at 5pm to rush back and send me to the doc coz i could barely walk. aniwae, it's this little small things that reminds me of how wonderful my parents are.

anyhow i shall just summarise the whole of yesterdae in one word. ouch.
